- Shop frequently – We put out new merchandise daily; regular visits will increase your chances of finding what you are looking for – or snagging an unexpected treasure!
- Buy it today – Resale offers one-of-a-kind items. If you love it and it’s right for you, get it now! Playing “resale roulette” often means it will be gone the next time you shop.
- Plan ahead – Birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Mother’s Day, etc. always seem to arrive much sooner than you expect. Have our outfits ready ahead of time, and/or get unique gifts at great prices and “buy-when-you-spy!”
- Check many sizes – Manufacturers are notoriously inconsistent in their sizing, so don’t let a size label stop you from trying on a bargain. Also, many items can be easily and inexpensively altered to make a great fitting outfit for a fraction of the original retail cost.
- Try it on – Like most consignment shops, we have a No Returns/All Sales Final policy, since the consignor is owed the money as soon as the item sells. If it doesn’t fit when you get home, you can give it away, or consign it yourself!
- Bring colors to match – Since you can’t return a purchase, bring any items you are trying to match with you to the store. This will also enable us to help you more effectively search out possible matches/coordinates.
- Don’t Forget the Layaway Program – We are pleased to offer all of our customers the option of laying away their purchases, with a $25 minimum purchase, one-third down (example – $33 down on a $100 purchase), and 30 days to pickup. Partial payments are accepted during the 30 days. All sales are final, and no partial pickups can be done. Layaways must be picked up within 30 days; after 30 days, items will be returned to the sales floor and you will lose your deposits and any partial payments. One layaway allowed at a time and you cannot have family members put clothes on layaway for you.
